New Love Your Spine book by Dr. Bryan Cox

Love Your Spine is a book that everyone with a spine should get. The vision of this book is to educate people about the importance of the spine, and to give simple suggestions and/or recommendations that would help alleviate problems in the spine and prevent future spinal conditions. People do not realize that the simple every day task that we do like sitting, sleeping, bending, and standing if done improperly could cause added stress to the spine and the rest of the body. With this simple guide, I hope to get people to have a more conscious thought of the spine when doing these everyday activities, and to realize that we only have one spine and we should take care of it. We were taught to take care of our teeth when we were young, but we were never taught the importance of taking care of our spines. This is a trend that with your help can be eliminated so we can live a longer and a more fulfilling life.
